The Standard offers a variety of solutions for the recycling of your landfill. The Standard is covering the handling of the parts Crushing, Screening and

Separating out of the value chain. Furthermore we can support you if requested from the evaluation of the deposited material on your landfill up to the

optimized recycling of the final product. Following we’ll give you a short overview about our offered services and how you can effort from these services.

 

First of all we are going to visit your landfill to get an overview about your deposited material regarding the type

and quality as well as the quantity of the material on your landfill.

Our team of high qualified engineers and specialists with long term experience in the recycling technology will take

some samples of the material for a specific analysis, to be able to offer you the best available service for the

recycling of your landfill.

 

Loading and transport of the material:

Usually the crushers are fed with an excavator or a wheel loader, which are provided through the customer or can be

organized through The Standard. Thanks to the mobile construction of our equipment, the processing of the material

can be done directly on the jobsite and this saves unessential transport costs.

 

 

Depending on the type and size of the feeding material and the requested final grain, we can offer a variety of

different crushing equipment like Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers and Impact Crushers.

Our specially designed Jaw crusher is able to process hardest materials like Slag, Iron-Ore and other materials

with heavy iron inlays. The crushing equipment is designed and produced through The Standard and usually offered

through contracting with our own, well-trained personnel.

 

 

The Standard also offers a wide range of screening equipment which is chosen in regards of the several fractions

requested by the customer. If the process foro the production of the best quality of material demands it, we have

several different models to optimize the process or to achieve a certain result. The screening plants are built by

experienced manufacturers and will be rented to the customer.

 

 

The Standard is the first company offering mobile magnetic separators which will be used after the crushing

and screening process, to separate on demand magnetic from non-magnetic products (eg for rejoining the steel

production process or other recycling applications).

If there is a need for another separation technology, The Standard will verify all technological possibilities in order

to find the optimal solution for our customer.

 

 

If there is no standard application according to valid legal regulations for one or more products our of the technical

process, The Standard is going to support the customer to develop a possible application for the material with

co-operated laboratories and experts.
